2 baby bok choy washed a cut into large chunks
2 peeled oranges
1 banana (fresh or frozen, cut into chunky bits)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup black berries (fresh or frozen)
1-1.5 cups water (preferably filtered, or other liquid)Add ingredients to blender jug and blend until smooth. Serves 2
Blueberry Banana Smoothie
1 banana (fresh or frozen, cut into big chunks)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
(you may want to add some ice cubes if using fresh fruit)
I always try to add some sort of greens to my smoothies, but you can also keep it even more simple and just blend banana and blueberries. Adding kale instead of spinach also works well.
Blueberry Cranberry Smoothie
1 cup water
1 banana (fresh or frozen, cut into big chunks)
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
0.75 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
(optional – add some flax seeds for extra nutrition and some ice cubes if using fresh fruit)
Berry Blast
1 banana (fresh or frozen, cut into chunky bits)
1-1.5 cups water
1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup kale
Add to blender jug and blend until smooth. You may want to add some ice cubes if using fresh fruit.
Blueberry Peach Smoothie
1 cup water
2 peaches, pitted
2 apricots, pitted
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 small banana (fresh or frozen, cut into chunky bits)
A few ice cubes
And to blender jug and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
