Juicing will never be boring as there are so many flavors to enjoy, and you’ll grow your taste buds along the way. You may select some of these common ingredients purely on their taste and others for their nutritional value. The options are many, and I still enjoy experimenting with different ways to make juices.

When juicing it’s often recommended not to over use mix fruits and vegetables with the exception of pears and apples which work great as sweeteners and can be added to almost any juice, as well as citrus fruit such as lemon. Ginger and mint add a refreshing taste, although it may take a while for some to get used to, and gives a real energy boost.
