Most people like tropical fruit juices because they are sweet and refreshing, and don’t require any training of the taste buds in comparison to some other vegetables juices. However, as you are probably already aware, there are trade-offs, because they are have a high sugar content, so have them in limited numbers. There no sciences required as tropical fruit juices are easy to mix and match. Here’s a few yummy tropical fruit juice recipes, that only require a limited number of ingredients. 1) Tropical Apple Pineapple juice
- 1/4 pineapple, cored
- 2 green apples
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 mango, skin and seed removed
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- optional: add 1/2 lemon
3) Watermelon Apple Juice
- 1 green apple
- 4 cups watermelon
- 1 handful mint leaves
4) Strawberry Kiwi Juice
Note: Some people may have an allergic reaction to kiwi fruit, so if you aren’t sure, always try eating at little first, or have a small sip, before finishing the whole juice (just to be on the safe side)
- 1.5 cup of strawberries
- 3 kiwi fruits, peeled
- 1 green apple
