5 Refreshing Green Juices – Great for Breakfast!

If you would like to include more greens in your diet, a freshly made green juice is a great way to boost your nutrient intake. With leafy greens on the top of the list of nutrient dense foods (ANDI scores) there is every reason to get the juicer going and make some refreshing green drinks. Green juices may be a bit daunting for some, especially if you are new to juicing, but they aren’t as bitter as one may think as the fruit masks the taste of the greens. Green juices are a great alternative to fruit juices, as they mainly consist of vegetables and hence contain a much lower sugar content. Here’s my top 5 Green Juices which I often make for breakfast, but you can also make them at any other time if it suits you better, but I find them a great start to the day.cucumber-pear-juice 1) Cucumber Pear Juice
