How to make Healthy Desserts in a Blender + Healthy Sorbet Recipes

blueberry-sorbet-healthy-dessertYou probably know the feeling of wanting a little something sweet after dinner without having to ruin the healthy efforts you have done during the day. With a blender you can easily enjoy guilt-free healthy desserts in minutes, and you don’t need to worry about any fancy ingredients, what you already have will often do to make a healthy dessert. Sorbets are great examples of healthy desserts – they are quick and easy, only a couple of ingredients are required, and they are refreshing and not too heavy.Getting a good blender (I have a Vitamix) was certainly a turning point for me, not just in terms of smoothies and soups, but I no longer need to look around for healthy dessert options (which can be quite difficult) as I can just make my own. These sorbet recipes are from Vitamix, but other power blenders will also do good smoothies and healthy desserts. I hope you will enjoy these healthy fruit desserts.Orange Avocado Sorbet
