3 Ingredient Tropical Fruit Juice Recipes

However, as you are probably already aware, there are trade-offs, because they are have a high sugar content, so have them in limited numbers. There no sciences required as tropical fruit juices are easy to mix and match. Here’s a few yummy tropical fruit juice recipes, that only require a limited number of ingredients. Please be sure to try these recipes out and let us know what you think of them.
1) Tropical Apple Pineapple juice

  • 1/4 pineapple, cored
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger

  • 1/2 mango, skin and seed removed
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • optional: add 1/2 lemon

3) Watermelon Apple Juice

  • 1 green apple
  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 1 handful mint leaves

Kiwi makes an awesome tropical juice

4) Strawberry Kiwi Juice

Note: Some people may have an allergic reaction to kiwi fruit, so if you aren’t sure, always try eating at little first, or have a small sip, before finishing the whole juice (just to be on the safe side)

  • 1.5 cup of strawberries
  • 3 kiwi fruits, peeled
  • 1 green apple
